Thanks for your interest in my photography services. The last year has brought a lot of changes for me and you are inquiring during a transitional period as I finalize a lot of new things. On the back end my website is currently getting an overhaul to reflect these changes but here is a summary for you of where my indoor shoots are happening.
Basically. Summer of 2021 I moved to Northern Calvert County. I bought a 300 year old farm house on a couple acres surrounded by historic homes and expansive views. It’s a dream come true in so many ways. This spring I finished construction on my new primary studio. That means I have a studio here on the farm in Owings, MD as well as a studio in the design district of Annapolis. I also own The Annapolis Studio which is a rental studio space also in Annapolis. This gives me lots of choices for my clients but in an effort to stream line I am in the process of limiting which props are located at which location. This biggest change is access to my extensive prop and maternity gown collection. This will now be limited to the Cottage studio on my farm. I’ll have limited neutral options available in my Annapolis Studio111 location. On a strict case by case basis for sessions booked before Aug 31st I’ll pack colorful props and bring them with me for your session.
Studio111 is great but I really hope to see you at the farm. On site we have a 200 acre view, two barns, a field, vintage camper, vintage truck, and whimsical woods. Our neighbor is also a flower farmer so we can meander into his fields as blooms allow. I’m also one block from the Patuxent river, pier, and neighborhood waterside park. This doesn’t even include our two gorgeous studios on site as well. All sessions booked at the farm location are 20% off if booked through August 31st and you must commit to a weekday session.

Northern Calvert County - Owings, MD
The Cottage Studio is located on my farm in Owings, Maryland in Northern Calvert County in Southern Maryland. This is my home base and my main studio. At over 1000 square feet the cottage studio is where all of my props for newborn and baby sessions. All full newborn and milestone sessions with props and maternity gown access will be limited to the Cottage Studio starting September 1st, 2022 unless otherwise discussed and you had booked/inquired before Aug 31st 2022.
The Loft Studio is also located on my farm in Northern Calvert County. This 600 square foot lifestyle space is a great option for cozy candid shots. The bright white and neutral aesthetic lends itself to a clean and classic look.
Loft Haven Farm is the name of this magical place. On site we surrounded by historic properties and agricultural farms with flower fields and livestock. We have an expansive view, two barns, a whimsical grove of sycamore trees, and many curated vignettes. One week a month our fence line fills with cows. Additionally you’ll find a petite greenhouse, vintage camper, old ford truck, hay bale couch, tree swing, and much more to come. This place is truly a campus and nothing short of a photographer’s dream. Full sessions shot here on location have the option of indoor and outdoors shots. Some set ups as pictured below are for mini sessions and may not be completely styled during the day to day. But love it for your session just let me know and we’ll see what we can do!
Annapolis Maryland Studio Locations
Studio111 Located in the design district of Annapolis. This light filled studio is just under 1000 square feet. It is well equipped for most studio session types. Posed newborn and milestone sessions including cake smashes at this location will be limited to neutral tones only with a limited selection of props. All full newborn and milestone sessions with props and maternity gown access will be limited to the Cottage Studio starting September 1st, 2022 unless otherwise discussed and you had booked/inquired before Aug 31st 2022. This means if you want a full newborn session with dreamy neutrals AND pops of color like greens, blues, blush pinks with an array of accessories you’ll need to come to the Cottage Studio in Owings, MD. If you are good with simplicity, baby focused, creamy neutrals this studio will work just fine.
The Annapolis Studio Located in the Cape St. Claire area of Annapolis. This space is a rental studio I opened in 2020 as an extra location offering for my clients and a resource for local photographers. It is a great spot for branding, headshots, and lifestyle sessions. This is a curated space where the furnishings and colors change through out the year. It offers a different look and vibe my long time clients have enjoyed having access to for extra variety.
Transitional Pricing + Limitations
All pricing listed on our website will be honored for bookings made through August 31st 2022.
Weekday sessions booked at our Farm Location in Owings, MD in Northern Calvert County will receive an additional 20% off.
Studio111 only includes neutral newborn props and limited newborn accessories in Annapolis, MD.
Full access to maternity gowns, props, and newborn accessories in an array of color are only available in the Cottage Studio in Owings, MD.
Working studio hours are limited to weekdays Mon-Thurs and one weekend a month.
Exceptions
Sessions booked or inquired about before August 31st will have access to a range of props for their session on a case by case basis. This means if you really want a newborn session in Annapolis but want green wraps and accessories I will pack one large travel bag of props for your session.
