SHOT LIST - 2 weeks before the wedding
Your shot list should include formal groups that you would like captured. If you have a larger wedding you should consider having a priority group A and a secondary group B. This way if you decide to skip any shots or save them for the dance floor we've taken care of your most important photos first.
This can be sent in a simple email or in a document. Here is an example for you.

TIMELINE - 2 weeks before wedding
I like to prepare my second shooter for your day with the timeline. Usually your day of coordinator, planner, and/or DJ will help you with this. I'm including an example of this as well.
J & B Wedding Timeline
The bridal party will arrive around 11 to start hair and make up.
4 pm- ceremony starts (include address)
4:30-5:15- Formal Pictures, and guests will have cocktail hour
5:15-5:45-Bridal introduction and first dances
5:45-7:00- Dinner & Speeches
7-7:15- Cake Cutting
7:15- Dancing
8:00- 10:30pm- Bonfire and coffee, still dancing Sparkler Exit
